Kirvera Giveaway Terms & Conditions

These Giveaway Terms & Conditions govern promotional giveaways conducted by Kirvera. By participating in any Kirvera giveaway, promotion, or contest, you agree to the following terms.

Kirvera giveaways are open to individuals who:

• Are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

• Are legal residents of the United States, unless otherwise specified in the giveaway announcement.

• Provide a valid email address when entering.

Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of Kirvera may not be eligible to participate.

3. How to Enter

Entry instructions will be specified in each individual giveaway announcement. Common entry methods may include:

• Subscribing to the Kirvera email list

• Following Kirvera on social media

• Completing actions described in the promotional post

Only one entry per person is permitted unless otherwise stated.

Duplicate entries, automated entries, or fraudulent entries may be disqualified.

4. Giveaway Period

Each giveaway will specify its start and end dates. Entries submitted outside the promotional period will not be eligible.

5. Prize

Prize details, including value and delivery method, will be specified in the promotional post or giveaway announcement.

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash unless explicitly stated.

Kirvera reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if necessary.

Kirvera reserves the right to verify eligibility before confirming a winner.

7. Winner Notification

If a winner does not respond within 24–48 hours, Kirvera reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

8. Disqualification

Kirvera reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

• Submits multiple or fraudulent entries

• Uses automated systems or bots

• Violates any stated rules or policies

• Attempts to manipulate the giveaway process

9. Publicity

By participating, entrants agree that Kirvera may announce the winner's first name, social media handle, or username for promotional purposes unless prohibited by law.

No additional compensation will be provided.

10. Limitation of Liability

By entering the giveaway, participants agree that Kirvera is not responsible for:

• Technical issues

• Lost or delayed entries

• Platform outages

• Errors in winner notifications

Participation is at the entrant’s own risk.

11. Platform Disclaimer

Giveaways conducted on social media platforms (including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, or others) are not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by those platforms.

Participants release such platforms from any responsibility related to the giveaway.

12. Privacy

Information collected during giveaway entry may include email addresses or social media handles and will be used in accordance with the Kirvera Privacy Policy.

Personal information will never be sold and will only be used for communication, marketing, and giveaway administration purposes.

13. Changes to Terms

Kirvera reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any giveaway or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice if necessary.
